On April 19th 2008 I walked into The Avalon Night Club in Santa Clara and found myself overwhelmed with beautiful women and the club was filling up with more of them by the minute. VIP status Food (Champagne and Chocolate Fountains to name some of the backstage goodies), free drinks, and some of the hottest new Clothing Designers in The Bay Area. Marie Afanadore put on an amazing Fashion Show with a 70′s Theme Hosted by Monique Wallace and Kung Fu Vampire. Make up & Hair by Lynnea Reynolds. Dj Nard X and DJ Backside brought the throw back sounds of The JB’s, James Brown, The Gap Band, Kool and The Gang, Curtis Mayfield and more. The party was called Blue Magic and rightfully so. This event went down in history as one of the greatest parties I have ever been to at The Avalon.
